Acme Specialty Art is owned and operated by Acme Archives Limited. This website utilizes UltraCart as its shopping cart which is a different cart than the one used on Acme Direct. Orders placed on this site will not show up under customer accounts on Acme Direct. If you had an account with CharacterKey.com, you will be able to log in with that account when checking out on this website. Acme Archives Limited is located in Burbank, CA. We are not open to the public and do not offer pick ups for orders.
Shipping Info
We offer a $3.95 flat fee shipping option to our US customers. This shipping method is via Fedex Ground with NO signature required. Other shipping options are Fedex and USPS (both domestic and international). We do not combine orders with Acme Direct orders. We do ship internationally. If you want shipping combined with another Dark Ink order or have a number request, you must send an email (or fill out our contact form) with the request if you have already placed your order.
Payment Info
We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. Payment is taken at the time of order.
Release Information
If you have questions or requests about a release please contact us BEFORE the release and before you place an order (especially if it concerns shipping). We do not currently take phone orders. Releases will be announced on our Facebook and Twitter pages. If an item is limited to 1 per customer, multiple orders by a customer will be canceled without notice. Unless specified otherwise, our releases take place at random times.
If you are having issues checking out on this site, we recommend using the Firefox web browser.
Returns
We must be contacted within 10 days from the date you received your order. Once we have approved the return, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the artwork back as well as a 15% restocking fee. We will not issue a credit or exchange until the returned artwork has arrived in house. If a piece arrives damaged, we will issue a return label and assist the customer in the return and replacement of the artwork.
